I just started Skyrim for the first time, so I get this. Though it's not anxiety, more excitement at having such a full plate. I think it plays into my love of resource managing games like Civilization. The overwhelming, concurrent demands fuel my play.

It's funny, but the omission of the commercial may have made the ending LESS open to arguing. If it was just the smile, it'd be about character interpretation only. With the commercial, it adds this whole other season's worth of implied plot developments.

Sally and Bobby were adopted by… Oh, let's say, Moe.

That is one of the most salient points I've seen: the placement of the ad makes all the difference.

It wasn't a Coke meeting. It was Miller-Lite.

It's symbolic and concrete.
