The Menil is my favorite place in the world. My mom lives in Houston so I go whenever I visit her.

Oh my god, I couldn’t either. A young child and your husband dies AND you have to be halfway around the world? That had to have been impossible. But then to make a great movie too? Wow.

That story about working with Peter Jackson is amazing and almost made me tear up. I might just forgive him for the three Hobbit movies!

I know people are mentioning his docs, but his other films are really powerful (if not at all hopeful either). Worth checking out.
