But they call it “piano” now, so that makes it upscale and not shiny black plastic. (Pretend it’s not still shiny black plastic).

Infiniti Q50
Certainly not the 3rd gen Fit in the lede ...unless *maybe* that picture was taken at the start of ‘15 MY production in Mexico in late calendar 2014. In that case the usual teething troubles of a new car in a new factory plague early-build Mexican ‘15s.
I completely understand why, from a business perspective, the airlines retired the 747. That said, it is a gorgeous airplane, and I miss them, particularly that little upper deck area.
I think it’s mostly about the switch from the hub and spoke to a more point to point system for long haul travel, which was enabled by smaller efficient twin jets like the 787. Only the world’s largest airports support the A380, limiting its usefulness.
The point is that it’s pretty rich for someone to talk about how they’re such a free speech advocate, then fire people for criticizing them in public.
Instead of paying to check a bag, we should now have to pay to stow a bag in the overhead bin.
10 Predictions for an unpredictable season
So what you are saying is that Haas has a chance? Mazepin for World Champion.
I don’t care how rare this thing is, that’s an insane price. No other word for it. Probably didn’t cost that much when it was brand new. And as much as I like to row through the gears myself, a stick shift in a vehicle like this, hauling kids, dogs and groceries, is not something I’d consider an advantage.
I know I’ve been making a lot of arguments that start or end with “In the current car market” but I just can’t with this one. Almost $20k for a 33 year old minivan? No.
You would think that. A normal person would think that.
wait, you mean people manually drive in the loop? I assumed the whole reason the loop was built would be to control external factors (oncoming traffic, pedestrians, intersections, merges, etc) so that the road and the cars could communicate and negotiate the optimal throughput.
Big Aussie-built RWD Sedans and Utes! Back in the late ‘00s, took a trip to Australia. I was so excited to see all the Falcons and Commodores and the Utes.
I’m tired of overpowered pos cars. All it does is lead to speeding tickets or worse accidents. What’s the point? A well tuned lower-powered car at least allows me to row through the gears without endangering my driving record.
All of the above, except the Ducati, weigh more than the Integra likely will. It was never a drag racer, it was a fun, nimble sporty/sports car. Nobody will know if Acura has been successful in recreating it until we get to drive one.
Was the Integra ever about HP wars and straight speed?
The more I read Jalopnik, the more I wonder if people here actually like cars. With any new launch, there are endless complaints that the car is underpowered, or overpriced, or overstyled or too bland.
Gonna be that guy and point out that the DC5 was known as the RSX only in North America. Every other region in the world calls it the Integra. It’s an Integra.
