Possibly obvious safety-related question: F1 was cool with that causeway going over a body of water like that?

I lost an almost-new Civic many years ago under very similar circumstances. Let me tell you, it is not enjoyable to turn on the evening news and see your flooded car being broadcast to the entire city.

M2, who is handling the emulation, is generally considered to the best in the biz. They’ve been working on the Sega Ages re-releases for many years already now. I see no reason for concern here, it should be excellent.

Apparently, they couldn’t be bothered much for the photoshoot either- I’m pretty sure it’s just them driving cars around the Zama plant at 15 mph:

Supposedly Ghosn was a huge driving force behind the GT-R, which doesn’t bode well for its future. In fact, it just underscores that the entire company is kind of rudderless at this point. How can the company have any direction when nobody is sure who is in charge?

4th Gear: I had a similar recall for the windshield wipers on my 2008 Mazdaspeed3. It sounds like Mazda needs to find a new supplier or replace their windshield wiper engineer. (There must be one, right?)

Well, Episode IX is the Last in Line, so to speak...

Space-rated hair dryer, perhaps?

“Bummer the Rabbit” sounds like some forgotten Disney character. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit’s long lost brother, perhaps.

Look at this guy. Doesn’t move a muscle the entire time. It’s like he already knew what was going to happen as soon as Lamb got the ball.

It’s an interesting theoretical discussion. Air freight works, to a point [one-time emergency shipments, low volumes, parts that are not heavy or particularly large]. But I doubt that there’s even enough air cargo capacity available for a single popular model. And even assuming that somehow Ford or their suppliers

If we’re talking HYUGE it would have to be the sudden increase in demand for cargo air freight from Mexico to the US. Now THAT will be Bigly.

Neutral: Of course it will be disastrous. There literally won’t be parts to make cars. The entire North American car industry will come to a standstill for weeks or months until alternative parts can be sourced. This is not hyperbole.

How do they keep the pizza warm and fresh? I don’t think that one of the those big pizza delivery carry bags is gonna fit in the overhead compartment.

Heisei 31 until April 30th.

It’s not that hard. Just wear jeans and sneakers, combined with a T-shirt or polo shirt. It’s the standard American uniform. (Typically, Tokyoites wouldn’t want to dress that casually, unless they’re kids going to Shibuya or Harajuku.) Feel free to drag your bags around super crowded train stations for maximum effect.

If M2's involved, it will be high quality, on the software side at least. Those guys are the best of the best.

Thank you! I live in a country that has a lot of OG 1st-gen Fits still running around, and I’ve definitely seen them in my return trips to the States. [I notice because I used to own one myself.] The 1st gen might not have been on sale for long, but they are definitely out there.

There probably isn’t anything wrong with it per se, but by releasing this information, Nissan gets a lot of negative-looking headlines for Ghosn, which is the real goal. I’d go as far as to say they’re running a full-fledged smear campaign against him at this point.

This is a pattern by Nissan since Ghosn’s arrest. Leak some unfavorable detail to the press, and let them spread the word. Technically speaking a lot of the stuff in these leaks is probably not illegal, and should have no bearing on Ghosn’s trial- but they sure make him look bad or just plain greedy. The goal is to
