I was in an internet cafe because I was staying with my girlfriend who had just moved to another city for work, and was using MSN messenger (I'm dating myself here) to chat with friends back home. I was talking to a lot of people, and had a whole lot of chat windows sitting on top of each other.

Not necessarily. Once water freezes it expands, but if it continues to expand or move while it's frozen or even partially frozen, it can cause massive damage to buildings or really anything (wood, concrete or metal) in it's path. That's why a lot of cottage docks get mangled during the winter.

What about this convinces you not to have kids? Looks like a cute, well-behaved kid that is having fun. And this dad is clearly not seriously annoying, but hamming it up for the camera. That last bit with her fist pumping while sitting at the little table is hilarious.

If a house is on fire, telling people to get out of it and/or try to put it out isn't fear-mongering. While the world does naturally go through a natural cycle of heating/cooling, the problem is we're seriously affecting the natural cycle. It's not a question of whether you're too weak to survive or not, it's whether

Why would either of those countries give a fuck about that? You think they'd go through all that trouble just to set fire to a giant film prop?

seriously. how the hell are their palms not sweating and ours are?

I don't see HBO taking of one their most popular (if not the most popular) shows and turning it into a theatrical movie, taking content away from their channel. Maybe they'd make it an HBO movie. But as others are pointing out, why do something in 2 hours when it could be 10? I doubt this conversation is really

Making sentences simpler often makes for better writing. More complex is not necessarily smarter. It's clarity that is the goal. The sentence should only be as complex as necessary - any more and it's probably excessive, clunky, or pretentious.

well you try to roll them and pack them as tight as you can, so there's not that much wasted space.

nothing

Nope, nothing is nothing. Space isn't completely empty - there's matter all through what we consider "Space", within the observable Universe. Various elements, chemicals, dust, whatever.

There wasn't much subtlety in "The Grove," and I don't think the writing was as top-notch as the best episodes of season 4.5 has been, despite being written by showrunner Scott Gimple. It could have probably explained Lizzie's craziness more clearly, that by turning Mica into a zombie, Lizzie thought she was freeing

I understand Tesla wanting the ability to sell their own cars, and I'm fully supportive of the idea. But why can't you have both Tesla and the dealerships sell them? It seems like that would be the best of both worlds - the dealers could get in on the Tesla action, and Tesla wouldn't need to rely exclusively on

No because when you're packing flat there's a lot of unused space. Generally you're going to be optimally using the space when you're rolling because the clothes fit together more tightly. It depends on the size of the suitcase, but if you're trying to pack a lot into a little suitcase, you'll see the difference.

If I used this stall, this would happen to me. I can't even get the damn motion-sensor taps and hand-dryers to work.

If I'm writing on a typical schedule I'm a night owl. I naturally sleep in late and go to bed late, though I'm typically most productive when I first wake up.

You don't "need" resistance training. All you need is 30 mins of activity/day. That can include walking, btw.

Yeah I'm confused by this as well. I don't see a pouch, it just looks like the kind of things I keep in my pockets...
