We have a carport that’s in the midst of a bunch of trees.  The Miata and my wife’s car get the carport spots, so that leaves my GS out in nature.  I tried parking it in front of the Miata in the driveway but the tree above it just drops all kinds of crap all over it.  I now park on the street to avoid tree droppings.

Depends.  For cars with sporting pretenses, the manuals usually command higher values, despite generally costing less new.  Porsche 911/Cayman/Boxster with PDK are generally less than their manual counterparts and Miatas with automatics are well less than their manual counterparts.

I feel like the Q50 wasn’t upscale enough for what that would’ve commanded in price. A 5 or even a 3 is a lot nicer place to be inside than the Q50.

My FIL is enlisting my help to find a Cayman R.  I’m not sure if it’s the right car for him just because I think he’d rather drive it than keep it pristine in hopes of appreciation.
