BMW M240i. Almost as fast as M2. Over 300 HP. Manual. Even better used as it is (or was) cheap.

outdated quip. still semi funny. 2 stars

Hey, remember that the cybertruck was “2 or 3 months away” in 2019

The kitchen does look awesome.

I live in FL, I need AWD like I need a couple of ex wives.

Not until you’ve seen a countless number of hi-po cars and bikes completely totaled with less than 50 miles on the odometer. The driver’s own limitations, as well as those of the vehicle, are frequently not in the equation.

They were likely trying to scare their passengers, which might get them aroused. We had a famous local case a few years back where a guy was taking teenage women for fast rides on a local, winding river road. He crashed badly, although not this badly.

The ownership status and knowing the limits of the car is irrelevant. Nobody should consider 150mph to be a safe speed on any public road in the USA.

I’ll 2nd what ArrestMeRed said. I find Haldex systems to be pretty transparent in operation. I was really surprised at how often I spun a tire in my Volvo V70R when the AWD took a break. If you do anything even slightly serious with your Alltrack (I have an IS38, IE DP, and an intake on my Sportwagen), the Haldex will

Your equation is missing drugs and/or alcohol.

lol, what an asshole.

Having gone from a Stg 1 Mk 6 GTI to a mk7 R, trust me, you use AWD anytime the boost comes on.

Barely ever have I witnessed a cop in a marked car who wasn’t driving like a sociopath. Breaking the speed limit lights on or not, usually significantly, Pulling out when there’s not room, tailgating the fuck out of anyone who didn’t stop to let them in, cutting across multiple lanes of traffic in a single go, abusing

Cool. You should see my AWD with snow tires.

It’s actually 8.7 for the regular Outback (same as a Grand Cherokee) and 9.5 for the Wilderness.

I’m first in line for the new 2022 Golf R at my local VW dealer. I’m trading in a GTI that’s lease will be up right about the time the R is delivered, but I’d get the Estate version and pay more for it in a heartbeat if it was offered....

Makes me sad.

I have a 2016 GTI bought new, and I briefly considered an R, but the price jump just did not justify it, especially considering I downright stole the GTI on the heels of Dieselgate and the R’s were selling full price. But, if I had a choice at the GTI-spec of a wagon or a hatch, I too would have chosen the wagon. We

Meh. People carry more gear than they need. I rocked a twin stroller in the trunk of a 9-3. Seats are big, especially when rear facing. All the other stuff people drag along is fluff.

Cummins or not, it’s what it doesn’t have that’s the problem. No crystal chandelier, no brass beds, no shrink lever to squeeze through traffic, it doesn’t even have a shrunken head copilot hanging from the rear view mirror. No dice.

Given that they couldn’t even sell their version of the Outback, I (sadly) doubt that they’ll bother trying to sell this here.
