Here’s my take:
1. Virginia drivers are slow and cautious. That’s annoying, but predictable.
2. Maryland drivers are bad. Maryland drivers in DC are the worst. They’re this odd combination of: slow, fast, random, and “I do what I want.” They’re the type that will make a right turn from the left turn lane and get mad at

They’re only Christians in the sense that they believe in the figures (Jesus, God, Angels, etc.), they don’t act or believe in any of the teachings but the hateful ones...and only the hateful ones that don’t conflict with their lifestyle.

+1 on the “saved” part. The bar to be Christian is so low, that some the worst people in history are deemed ‘good’ because they believe in the basics, Jesus, Son of God, died for sins believing in him (but not necessarily act like him)...and that’s about it.

If capitalism is the most efficient, objective economic system in the world evah, the media can’t create a recession.

Nope, I’ve been dismissing him.  His links are to fascist sites I should not have visited.

It’s a good point that in some states we have to run SOMEWHAT more moderate Dems.  But, I’m tired of the Joe Manchin’s of the world when we might have a shot at winning the seat running a more progressive Dem.

They’re like Arsenal- had some past glory, but mostly living off that goodwill, with an occasional bright spot. They aren’t willing to make the fundamental changes to compete today.

I keep saying it, Democrats are the Washington Generals of politics. Count on them to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Establishment Dems only supporting other establishment Dems or moderates is what will cause them to lose this election. Because guess what, the GOP is going to call you too liberal and

Citation to neo-nazi ties, please and not the Dinesh D “liberals are the real Nazis!” kind of citation.

You forgot they’ll release the criminal record of the suspect to prove they’re a bad person and deserved whatever happened.

Yes, but many of them will look at their tax bill and their “deregulation” and still decide to put their money on Trump.

[Edit: The top part are claims by Trump, not my personal views. He’s full of sh*t of course.]

Sort of. That’s what he claimed. But yes, he’s full of shit. Apologies, I should have attributed that better.

Sprinkle in a bit of voter purges, some election hacking and you’ve got a few points for Trump in each state.

The economy was doing terribly until Trump became president. Real unemployment was 25%, the stock market was down, GDP was down.

I thought that was more North East, not out by Temple, but you’re right, you never know.

That area of Philly isn’t really all that white. Regardless, the operating theory is that the were trying to serve a warrant, do a drug buy, etc. when things went sideways.

I’m curious how Boris is going to tossle his hair and buffoon his way out of that situation.

Substantively, few.  But the speech Trump will give about it...priceless.

Trump’s typical MO to create a problem and then solve it with few changes, take credit for other’s work, or make a big splash, but do nothing substantive. None of those work here.
