Software and advertising is the key for both systems now. For some reason lately none of the big 3 get it through their thick heads that advertising really does help. This has screwed over Nintendo the most this gen, but it hurts them all. But Sony generally has better software support so it depends on who announces

I guess I forgot you could do that. But that feature in the PS3 didn't stop them from constantly upgrading the HDD.

People said that it was a good thing to bundle it because everyone would have one. Sound logic, right? But that is only true for 1st Party games, which Microsoft does not push too much. I say this because the PS4 doesn't have a packed in camera so no 3rd party/multiplatform developers would really bother with making

Don't know if there is much Sony can easily do except maybe a bigger HDD. It shouldn't matter too much though. They're ahead by a couple million sales and word of mouth has treated them better.

Depends on how much you like it. I've done all the side missions once, a couple of them twice, but still haven't unlocked the extra ops. I've already put 8 hours into it which is more than some $60 games get you. I can certainly see why you feel it is not worth it, but it really feels great to play over and over

I don't think they have original Xbox games on the marketplace anymore. Unless you're talking about the Anniversary edition of course.

ok

Physical copies are always optional for publishers.

Physical media is on the decline. Not gone. By next gen all digital will be fine because the internet will be caught up. Microsoft was wrong to want to attempt all digital so soon. The massive outcry was proof enough of that.

You're right about the 2nd half, but they used Vegito against Super Buu, not Kid Buu.

It has been delayed like crazy. Is it worth a buy?

Oh I can't wait! I fucking love Borderlands and this is one hell of a surprise! Now I just wish my girlfriend would wake up so I could tell her the good news!

I don't recall EA ever having said that.

I miss when y'all joked around and became Koticku for the day.

Interesting. I always got the impression that once you got it, you kind of were golden. Well, I guess when I get to playing Peace Walker I'll have some more learning to do, but at least I think I'll be off to a better start than I was before.

Hey, good for you being able to figure it out. It works different for everyone and obviously some people catch on easier than others. I still think the learning curve is steep and I did read manuals in game and tips online. But I'm more of a visual learner than a text learner so it was harder for me to grasp.

Hey there, brand new MGS fan here. A lot of people don't say this, I guess because they've played it for so long, but the series IS NOT new player friendly. The controls are complex and varied, and the game has no tutorial whatsoever. People will tell you which one to start with for story reasons and blah blah. But

I'd say its on par with probably Infamous 1 climbing, but the climbing is nowhere near as good as the second one. But I'm assuming that's because based on the powers they wanted people to jump/glide/fly around etc so polishing the climbing was not as necessary. Thankfully the powers were so fun that it worked

I'm on mobile so I can't link it but I'm fairly certain Kotaku had a stat for failed gaming Kickstarters a while back. You could probably Google it or use Kotakus search function.

Doodle Jump was the first game I ever downloaded on my first gen ipod touch. I've got it on every phone I've owned from now to then with the S4. I love that game.
