To my ears it's missing all of the classic F1 high-pitched whine. I wonder if this test was at the 15k redline or substantially lower.

If you're a major car manufacturer (VW, Fiat/Chrysler, etc...) are you now wondering if you can just buy these guys out and co-opt this technology for your future product lines? I think I would be leaning that way. Sure, you can make your own copycat stuff, but it takes years for the big dogs to make those kinds of

Should have docked 3 points from the Exterior rating for whatever the hell this thing is. Good lord.

Maybe I'm old fashioned (and I am a cartographer), but how about a printed road atlas? There's something nice about choosing a route that way on a road trip, and if you're in an unfamiliar place it may be a little unwise to rely on cell data coverage.

+1 for this one as an extremely remote airport that you can actually book a ticket to reach. I flew there in 2009 on LAN.

Yeah, I'd really like to see more stats about how common car fires are in general. I can see why these events with Lambos and Ferraris are really visible because it's already rare to see one of these cars in the wild. But part of me wonders if this isn't just like incidents with airplanes - dozens of little things

Well, I bought one when it was available. I drive a 2011 A4 Avant (shown here in my driveway). It was somewhat hard to find one. I had to drive several hours to a major metro area - my local Audi place would never have one available to test drive. I also never once saw any sort of advertising indicating that this car

And I'm a geographer, which is why I couldn't resist being extremely pedantic about that sort of thing.

"...talk to your fellow alums about making it a better place and working to right these wrongs and helping these victims."

Centre County = 154,000 as of the last census.

That's a good point. There is a McDonald's directly adjacent to Dachau but that has nothing to do with anything here, that's just what popped into my head immediately.

Amazing. Thank you for sharing. I guess I was completely wrong about what I said up there above.

If you live in the PSU area you are already so depressed about everything that you can hardly imagine even going near that statue for fear that everyone on earth will believe it means you condone something you'd never, ever condone.

For what it's worth, everyone with a current/recent connection to the university received multiple emails about where/when we could access the Freeh report once it was available. So if some idiot here decided to change the channel in some utterly futile effort to prevent people from finding out about it, it wasn't

I'm sure this will be sorted out immediately. I walk past a few public TVs on campus every day and I believe they switch channels per a fixed schedule all day long to provide a variety of programming. It seems possible that it switched right at 9 per some scheduled defined ages ago.
