what i mean to actually say, is that every other punisher story since then has the cards stacked against it. Like where do you go after ennis? for whatever reason, people seem to have a hard time getting the character to work in the marvel universe working along side empowered super humans and gods

true. and honestly, the end of that run kind of sucked. But i just loved tony moores art so much and rick remender in general. i just feel like it wasn’t given enough time to blossom

It’s a double edged sword that Garth Ennis Punisher MAX is a thing. On the one hand, it is the greatest punisher story ever told and probably ever will be told. On the other, no other punisher story seems to really hold a candle to the MAX run.

If making Thor a woman means a boost in sales, then they’ll do it. If making another character Robin means a boost in sales then they’ll do it. The only people who complain…
