Yea, i just picked up all the back issues on JLD starting with lemire. Good stuff.

But everything in my pull i love. And with the money i'd be saving buying the big two digitally, i can buy an actual print version of some new indy book and support the little guy

First i have to say that Detective Comics had the BEST tie ins. Layman did a fantastic job of handling a force tie in to an event. It continued his story that was going on pre-event and tied it into the goings on of death in the family without being totally forced.

Nick Spencer is seriously the most hit or miss writer for me. I think i'v liked two of his books that i'v read, Morning Glories and THUNDER Agents. I tried Bedlam and couldn't get into it even though i love Riley Rossmos art. But this secret avengers team/comic seems more in line/closest with what the shield show…

And today i weep/pour one out for Aliens/Gearbox. I was so excited for an awesome aliens game. So so excited. And then this comes out and buts a stain on Gearbox's track record. Don't worry Gearbox, i'll still love you if you create a new original IP.

But how much of Duke Nukem Forever did they actually develop? 3D Realms had the game until 2010 or so.

Judging from the comments here, i am crazy in thinking Kotor 2 was just "ok" and a step down from kotor. And anytime i hear Obsidian attached to something i get skeptical until the final product is out because, to me at least, they seem to have a track record with releasing buggy games.
