Again, I don’t think you’re grasping the definition of the term. ‘In general’ means a broad array, you’re advocating one very specific knowledge. I would not call you ‘ignorant about cars’, but I could say that you’re ‘ignorant’ because you choose not to know anything outside of cars. Because you’re a ‘real car

I... don’t think you understand what the word ‘ignorant’ means, then?

Ahh, so ‘car people’ is another term for ‘ignorant people’? I mean, that’s what your advocating. Willfully sticking your head in the sand because it’s not about cars. Cars, cars, cars, that’s all that matters.

I’m guessing you’re relatively young and don’t really remember/didn’t experience the Soviet era? The Soviet Union collapsed for a reason, and it wasn’t because politicians were sold or bought. It was an unsustainable system.

How does it apply historically, either, though? France gets a bad rep because they were overrun and (partially) capitulated during the second world war. They didn’t run away with their tail tucked between their legs. They just got straight up beaten, but it wasn’t for lack of fighting back.

It’s a serious factor. It’s always a serious factor. Having people effectively use voice boosts situational awareness dramatically.

It’s not just the 2200-2499 range. I fell from gold down into silver for pretty much the same reason, and it’s virtually impossible to claw your way out of.

The biggest thing is abandoning electoral reform and turning his back on the promise that the last election would be the last under the current system, and telling people they didn’t want change.

They have been. Most Americans just don’t hear about it because the favourite activity of American media is navel gazing.

So... what you’re saying is that you have no credible sources for your claims. At all. Not. One. Credible. Source. And you expect us to take you seriously?

...In what way was leelze’s comment Breitbartish?

Please look up the amount of actual personal/vacation time taken by each of the last few Presidents, and tell me the results. It’s a matter of public record, and was widely reported from reputable sources. I’m well aware of where the record stands, but I want to hear it from you...

In what way did she ‘cheat’?

The current issues with diverging beliefs has nothing to do with the size of the population (See India, China). It can be traced to a few different factors. For example, the system of weak federalism your government is built around ultimately leads to diverging standards and beliefs largely dependent on state policies

For someone demanding ‘evidence’ from a non-biased source, you chose to quote a climate change denier quoting a climate change denying foundation. How about you hold yourself to your own standards?

I believe the correct term is now ‘Drumpfster fire’...

Would it help if I told you he grew that for Movember (so points for participating in a cancer awareness/fundraising campaign) and it wasn’t meant to be taken as a serious fashion choice?

But that’s just it, if they’re doing it just for the fun of winning... they’re not winning. The hacks are. They’re just as bad as they’ve always been. And it just ruins the fun for everyone who isn’t cheating.

He did drain the swamp... he just didn’t mention that he was going to replace it with toxic waste.

For what it’s worth, magenetic tape storage is stilled used in large data centres. It still has some advantages over other storage mediums. So ‘data tapes’ aren’t necessarily that retro.
