He’s well-known for being a dick. That entire “Last Man Standing” show was 30 minutes episodes of bitching about Obama. It’s actually hilarious how unfunny it was, and unsurprising that Fox saved it after it was cancelled. But it was cancelled again... because it wasn’t funny.

Good choice. We traveled the U.S. for six weeks as one mega “let’s get it over with” trip after seeing most everything else we wanted to. Everywhere was expensive, even the South. Hawaii was actually cheaper in some regards than California. Food is cheaper in general in Europe, and there’s no tipping.
