Cops doing nothing when there could be a legitimate crime happening? How shocking. These cops must’ve been annoyed to be pulled away from their normal schedule of murdering people minding their own business, or complying totally with every order they were given. 

The unions do fund the strikes. 

The unions do pay for it. They have a strike fund. 

Why should CEOs get paid for working? They don't do any real work.

And remember that that “$450/week” is just in California. We have 50 states and thus 50 *completely different unemployment systems*.

California is "#1" because it has the highest population of every state you named. Break it down into percentages, and Red states have the highest number of people on assistance.

Not only do we not have free healthcare, but a medical emergency can easily bankrupt most people. I had to take a relative to the emergency room. Three nights in the hospital and a surgery later, we were in the hole for $13,000.
