It’s safer to send messages via Signal and WhatsApp too. Beeper is a (incomplete) solution in search of a problem.

It’s not my opinion. Beeper says it themselves in their own FAQ. The app hasn't been security audited either so it's a non-starter.

And it says after being decrypted at the server it’s re-encrypted using the protocol of whatever app you’re messaging from.
