I have a couple of points in Nova just for that reason. It’s only happened a couple of times in 40ish hours, but Nova seems to do the trick. Singularity doesn’t kill them fast enough and sometimes the pull won’t grab them.

Yep, I’ve had the same thing happen to me a handful of times. I try to cast singularity next to the wall which sometimes works, and pulls them out. If that doesn’t work you’re pretty much out of luck

I glitched through the floor in MP yesterday, so as I bled out my body fell into the abyss. I had already run out of revive packs since it was a decently hard mission. I’m not sure if I would have used one anyways. I would have been afraid of just being revived and falling to my death.
