Before they finally kill it, they will require 478 updates, each of which will try to force a McAfee install.

Uhm, i don’t know how’s that any better, the exact same thing happened to me in a taxi, the guy was a high as a kite, i mean, companies can’t control everything it’s just that there are stupid people everywhere.

Google Domains : https://domains.google : I love it because it’s easy to use, ties in perfectly with the rest of your Google account, and they have free private registrations (isn’t it like upwards of $12/year at other places?). Like others, they have a ton of the GTLD’s to choose from (.ninja, .business, etc, along

Ah yes. He’s mad that trucks are parked in front of his property. The logical action is to render them immobile.

What pisses me off most about jagoffs like this guy...

Amazon just bought an entire retail chain to use for it’s local amazon fresh deliveries or order pickups. Everything about Amazon is low margin high volume.

If that hour is spent with my son vs. the store; where do I sign up for delivery?

Uh, it’s genius. Just yesterday I was bummed I Amazon Fresh wasn’t available in my area, they’re only available in a hand full of big cities. Now they just bought an entire grocery chain.

My friend (millennial) uses Alexa for turning on and off the lights, weather, news, uber and music.

I use mine for three primary things:

I’m an iPhone user who owns an Echo. I have Siri completely disabled on my iPhone, but use my Echo daily.

I have an Echo Dot that initially lived in my living room ... and I never used it. Then I was doing some spring cleaning and wound up moving it into my bedroom and use it a good bit.

For me, it’s temperature and light control, basically daily.

Being an iPhone user and playing with an Echo and Google assistant device for a bit, I can say that both of those products blow Siri away. 95% of the time, if I ask Siri something it does a web search. Not true with the other two. So let’s hope the Siri upgrades are legit, or else this product will suck.

My parents bought me an Echo; I never would have bought one one my own.

The speaker is nice to call up music, keep timers and ask about weather etc. I think it’s a great gift to get but not necessarily something that I’d buy on my own.

Mine is my smart home hub and gets used all the time. The biggest boon is that Alexa ties together all my disparate Smart Home devices into one interface, something the Apple speaker certainly will not. With Alexa I can control products from WeMo, Hook, Logitech, and Lutron, all from the same place. My smart home
