I got mine as an xmas gift that I didn’t ask for. The gf just figured I would want one because I already have a laptop, phone and ipad. So obviously I have to wear it and pretend I love it. But the truth is, it’s actually really grown on me. It’s kinda cool that I can check the time, weather, and latest news all at

Truth, I got mine at the apple store and then the next day saw they had the same one $100 off at best buy. FML

I can see this being used for fitness apps when people work out in a group or something like that.

I get why they would be upset it just seems so stupid. It would be like the Red Socks trying to sue Yankee fans for wearing “boston sucks” shirts.

Wouldn’t you have to prove that she made it or is selling it? Can you really sue someone for wearing something?

Hell yeah. Back in high school my friends and I would play NCAA and bet $5 each, winner stays on. Nothing more exciting than winning or losing $5, 88-87 off a triple option that went for 80 yards.
