Right in front of our damned faces the whole time.

I really hope Rey and Finn don’t become romantically linked. That happens way too much in fiction. Just keep them besties, the kind that have slumber parties together and tell stories about their crazy adventures while supporting the crap out of each other.

If love interests need be a thing, introduce them later. With

Haha, you’re probably right about that. Granted, I’m not sure Neanderthals would have bothered to wipe at all!

Whatever helps you sleep at night.

How the fuck does one SIT and wipe their ass? I never knew so many people were complete neanderthals.

Kotaku is still profitable. At worst, it will get sold off to someone else to help pay off their debt. It may not exist as it does, but I imagine it, and its staff, will still exist.

I suppose nothing at all happens during that year that might require digging into that saving. Also, want PS plus so you can play online? $450 for the year. I’m sure you’ll also want some shiny new game to go with that, too, that’s another $60. $510. And you’re still only at the initial buy in.

If it’s one thing I’ve

When I bought a PS4 I did have money to purchase it. These days, though, things are much different. You also have to factor in that it’s not a generational leap, say to the PS5. It’s an update which may only have a marginal, though noticeable, benefit. Another $400 buy in at this point will pretty much price me out of

It’d be for the best at that point.

I would love to play against Rubio in Tecmo Bowl. I don’t know why. I think that’d be an experience worth retelling someday, though.

I don’t know what the fix for this would be, though. You could have people have to declare themselves rogue before entering the dark zone, but that would remove any and all tension of people actually going rogue.

The topic of balance is also tricky. You have to incentivize going rogue in a way that will tempt people to

RoboCop got weird.

Haha, we’ll see. I just don’t have much faith in the viewing public. This seems like exactly the kind of movie that they will eat up.

I’m tired of this critique. I never liked Melissa McCarthy, and I doubt this movie would have swayed me, but I was mostly fairly positive towards a female cast. This brand of humor, though, is not for me. And it’s definitely not what I think of when I think Ghostbusters. Turning Leslie Jones into a walking stereotype

The movie’s not going to flop. It’s going to make a shitton of money just like that Ninja Turtles reboot did. The best we can hope for is that they decide to change the tone to what fans want in the sequel (again, like Ninja Turtles is attempting).

Nah, it’s better to cut taxes all around. Then start wars we can’t afford to pay for. Then give billions to banks that fucked up and nearly caused a second great depression. All the while the people at the bottom slip further and further into being unable to survive.

When they call it ‘trickle,’ down economics, they

It’s a bubble that’s going to burst at some point. It’d maybe be less hurtful, and I might throw less blame at the baby boomers, if they’d stop with this, “well I paid my way through college and graduated with no debt and got a great job afterwards so you can too!” line of bullshit. Nevermind the fact that they only

I’ve not been homeless, but I’ve definitely had periods where affording food wasn’t possible. Or when there was so little money you could do little else but exist. Watching some of my friends, with jobs, a family, able to afford to eat, and then hearing them complain about things that are beyond base sustenance was,

That’s entirely a non-issue. A living wage changes from city to city, that is true. That doesn’t change the fact that it’s still very difficult to come by a living wage no matter what city you happen to reside in. The standard may change, but we’re still not meeting it.

And yes, I’m entirely bitter.

More or less the same for me. My parents were very hard-working middle class. With modest jobs they were able to afford a house, two cars, raise two kids, and afford enough in luxuries to lead a decent life. Money was still tight, but they were comfortable, and did everything they could to give me an advantage in life.
