Any profession where “just add more concrete” is a viable solution to a problem isn’t engineering.

MECHNUTTS my ass. Any Jalop worth their burner screen name knows those are turbos.

All the want for that Integrale.

It’s a huge conspiracy against you because of your facial hair.

Also for running people in small cars off the road when you decide to turn right across a solid white line. Not that that EVER happened to me... multiple times...

Counterpoint:

Erik my friend have you been to Texas? Trucks are mainly for driving from your home, in the city, to your desk job, also in the city.

I guess you dont have a dog. This post is terrible. I like single cabs as much as the next guy but the last one I owned also had me owning a separate car.

Bravo Kristen! Great piece here. This is possibly what the world needs; regular people are required to help save manuals.

Toyota has historically had some really fun cars(Celica, FJ40, Supra, Corolla, etc)they just lost their way for a couple decades but have decided to come back full force apparently.

What has the world come to when we’re now praising Toyota for being the last bastion of hope for producing exciting, fun-to-drive vehicles? Weren’t they the ones we constantly ragged on for their boring beigemobiles?

Automotive heat exchanger engineer rant:

Toyota has started hitting slugger after slugger. I am completely serious, if I had not just bought an ISF, this Corolla would have been on my list of possible dailys. Everything about it screams fun car.

So you can grill on your grill? Ok, I’m calling it. This is a dad joke.

And if you catch a bird in it while driving, you don’t even have to stop for something to grill.

This grill-less thing may come to bite Tesla on the ass when the Mission E rolls out. Cooling and weight is what’s holding the Model S back frombeing a true performance sedan since it cannot even finish a lap at Nurburg without the batteries overheating. If Porsche deals with cooling it’s just weight they have to

Since everyone wants their cars (read trucks)for adventure these days, I have another idea. A Torchlopnik good idea.

Me, a Very Tech Person: Electric cars don’t need a grille!

I had a buddy with an Avalanche and he absolutely hated it. Apparently it never went back quite right after opening it, and would leak because of the terrible seal.

Trucks are now basically just over sized sedans with poorly fitting trunks. Anyone mourning the death of the sedan should just stop, we haven’t said goodbye to sedans; we just supersized them.
