Always a shame to read these posts every time, but safe travels and good luck going forward!

I've always wondered how something like this would work. Linus obviously has a vision for what he wants, how does he know bringing in a new CEO the new guy isn't going to immediately sell out or something. How do you get someone else to handle all the CEO reaponsibilities without immediately steering the ship you…
Republicans are very bad at graphs, numbers, and other representations of researchable data. This tracks because if they were good with facts and data, they wouldn’t be republicans.
You see this all the time on Conservative Twitter/Youtube where they’ll zoom in to the current fingernail sliver of a stock’s timeline…
The number of people who use a store like a second home is weird to me. Go in, buy your shit, get out.
The image of that doctor “holding” the tablet looks like someone just removed the text from those unhinged mobile game ads.
“Keep baby? Kill Doctor? Which choose!?”
“More importantly: Players should be able to play their game how they want,”
*shrugs* still news to me. Of all the...[counts on fingers] half dozen Roms I ever downloaded—and going lower for the few that were just viruses—i never saw a single letter.
I mean, it’s news to ME since I havent downloaded a single rom/hack/whatever since like...2005 on my college internet. My experience of downloading emulators and roms is basically rolling the dice if a file is what I want or some sketch-ass Russian virus that forces a whole weekend of doing a system restore.
Gamers Not Threaten the Lives of Others.
Challenge level: Impossible.
I know they will find a way to do it eventually but im curious how they’ll end up skipping the intro cave. Early 'grats' to the person who finds that out.
Always worth remembering that the Writer’s Guild concerns over streaming back when they striked in 2007 (I think?) turned out to be 100% accurate: streaming was going to be used to cut out writers from pay almost entirely.
It was a pretty good kid’s movie and my niece enjoyed it. I personally thought it was a little too much “Ready Player One But With Mario” for my taste and ended up rolling my eyes everytime a (fellow) 40 year old gasped and pointed “HAHA I KNOW THAT REFERENCE” at the screen.
“But wait, there’s more! To dig into the nitty gritty of battle passes for a second, some rank-up rewards will contain cosmetics while others offer a resource called Smoldering Ashes. These can be used to purchase various Season Blessings that let you earn extra XP, Gold, or Obols (used to purchase loot from the…
More Guilty Gear characters, Granblue part 2, Tekken 8 (maybe?) Street Fighter 6, and MK12?
Capitalists got embarrassed paying massive bills/taxes for their giant empty campus/office complex during lockdown and now taking it out on the workers.
The craziest part of this article is that he was able to find *multiple* houses totaling to 2 million, rather than a single 10x10 outhouse, split between five roommates that costs 2 million.
The lack of sex scene is going to make this even more hilarious when the stiff, dead-eyed doll of a character is there in bed going
Because they did. Others have pointed it out and one commenter even linked the list of demands the writers had, one of which was about AI and it was rejected outright.
i addressed the Metroid Dread article on another comment but the short version is it’s a Skill Issue in reading comprehension as the article clearly lays out why the situation is unique and newsworthy. It is nowhere near a “step by step guide to piracy” as it has been accused of.
People reading the Meteoroid Dread article as an endorsement of emulating or—as some have accused it of being—”a step by step guide to piracy” is ridiculous. In fact, im going as far as using a popupar Gamer Term and saying if you had a problem with that article that is quite frankly a “Skill Issue” in reading…
