Tommy Craggs gave me a second chance.
Tommy Craggs gave me a second chance.
I am sorry. A family was destroyed. That is what is important here. This post is insulting. This is not the appropriate place for this shit.
This is the first sensible commentary to come out of Gawker since the whole fiasco last week.
Though Craggs may be gone, at least I have access to all of the Natural Light merch I could ever imagine, as well as thrice-daily reminders of the Dollar Shave Club.
Multimillianire C level trying to hook up with a trick, why was there outrage? Seriously how is it any different than any of the dozens of times Gawker has gone after rich people and their dirty sex lives?
The kid fucked up.
odd time and story to “take a stand”
That last line made me laugh. How on earth will it be worse without him? Was he the one that told you to write those god-awful rapper articles? Or did you have an epiphany yourself?
This is a good story and the sentiments are laudable and understandable. But nobody is laying mushroom clouds on Gawker. Somebody inside Gawker's own office did that when they hit “Publish” thinking they were laying a mushroom cloud on Conde Nast.
Seriously. People make mistakes. It happens. But the manner in which Gawker and the like absolutely eviscerate everyone else when they make mistakes means they deserve getting a taste of their own medicine when they callously ruin a private citizens life. Fuck Tommy Craggs. He’s a bitch.
You guys all really are that tone-deaf. How does the Koolaid taste at Gawker HQ? He approved a post that ruined a man’s life, then objected to taking it down, then quit not becuause he made a mistake and allowed the post to be published, but because he was forced to take it down. Never an apology to the subject of the…
Craggs sounds like a nice guy. Your friend may have helped your life but he also ruined someone else’s. His resignation is not noble it just.... is.
If the whole gawker media circle didn’t act so pretentious and sanctimonious all the time, people would likely forgive your mistakes but you live in a glass mansion. When all you do is criticize others because they don’t fit your moral standards of how someone should act, then you’re going to get shit on. Your boy…
Gawker writers and editors chose the flattest of hills to die upon.
Can the Gawker writers please get back to work? Reddit stories aren’t going to re-post themselves on your site.
I haven’t seen a call blown so badly since a Gawker editor green-lit that Geithner hit piece.
There is no international team I hate more, and it’s solely because of the fans. They are a bunch of trash and urine throwing jabronis, and they are proud of it. It’s like if Philly fans had a national team.
You write this bile, yet you seem to forget how popular basketball and football are in this country, because we see some egregious diving in those sports as well.
There really are no words for this, but there is one acronym: CONCACAF!
Also, Peralta should have not been anywhere near that ball since he should have been showering in the locker room after the straight red he really should have been given 5 minutes earlier.
