You can get the Uncharted Collection on PS4 that has all three of the other console games. And it’s about $40 now, less if you shop around. Well worth having if you like action-adventure games and are at least interested in Uncharted.

That Dash Rendar’s Spaceship was pretty cool.
Letang’s got a few things going in his favor, in terms of potential length of a suspension. One, Johansson came back into the game. Two, he plays for the Penguins. Three, he plays for the Penguins.
In what ways did you think HR was “really rough?” The game had its flaws but no more than the original Deus Ex IMO. Yes, the boss fights were lame. Boss fights in stealth games are almost always lame. I loved the heck out of it and find it hard to imagine a better product for the series’ return. The sequels will…
There’s an N64 in my apartment right now and it gets far more use than my Wii U, mostly because of Mario Party 2.
It’s not taking your fucking turn, dude.
It’s a fucking show dog, with fucking papers.
He’s not renting it shoes, dude. He’s not buying it a fucking beer.
The one thing I will say is that while each individual piece of Armada is more expensive, there’s far fewer, and the release schedule is much slower. Right now, X-Wing is on wave 8. Each wave is 4 ships, then there’s another two “aces” sets which are repainted versions of some ships with new pilots and upgrade cards.…
Depends on the time you’d want to invest. If you want to play for hours, and play regularly, an Imperial Assault campaign is the best.
I recommend X-Wing if nothing else because, you don’t feel like you’re missing out on epic battles if you only choose to get the base set. With Armada you kinda feel like you have to get more sets, whereas with X-Wing’s dogfight mentality, the fewer ships make a lot more sense.
(Warning: Long reply ahead)
Look to see if there is a local board game store near you that will let you demo, before you spend money on the pieces. Where I live (Milwaukee, WI) BoardGame Barrister has Xwing and Armada playing on about 15 tables every 3rd Satruday from like, 9-2.
Rebellion and Imperial Assault have the most game in the box, for sure. Imperial Assault has expansions and you had best believe Rebellion will get expansions, but you absolutely will get a full game with both.
X-Wing, and to an ever-so-slightly lesser degree, Armada, can be played with just the starter sets, but are…
X-Wing is my favorite of the bunch.
Imperial Assault is Descent (or a dungeon crawler) with a Star Wars theme.
It also depends on your taste in board games and game group size. Imperial Assault is a tactical minatures dungeon crawl style board-game with a strong campaign that requires a minimum of three players (one plays the overlord/imperial) to work really well. Armada and X-Wing are two player tactical miniatures games…
Imperial Assault: roleplaying-lite. As a tabletop RPGer, I hated it. Repetitive, nothing but combat, boring tactical movement and cards always felt stacked against the Imperial player, imo. If you like tactical miniatures games (or Descent), go for it! Not thematically immersive in the way X-wing and Aramada are.
