I think it’s got to be GTA3 right?

TBF I have found the Playstation controllers to have gotten progressively more comfortable to hold from the PS4 generation onwards. Having just gotten a PS5 I don’t really have any issues with the Dualsense other than the left analog stick being lower than I prefer.

Your thumbs natural resting position is closer to your index finger, not angled outwards which is why analog sticks higher up on the controller is more ergonomic. There’s a distinct reason why the Playstation controllers have evolved in shape to look more like the Xbox controller and not the other way around. That’s

I know one thing that Kotaku readers can probably all agree on, and it’s that turning comments into slideshow articles as advertiser space is a new low.

Having recently acquired a PS5, having to read through the various terms of PS4 to PS5 upgrades has really made me appreciate how simple Microsoft’s approach to cross gen compatibility is; just buy it once and the correct version will install to the appropriate console.

Conveniently the original release of Part 2 is no longer on selling for a reduced price anymore either :/

Seems awfully meanspirited to go out of your way to call out one particular game in an already stacked year.

As a longtime Destiny player, I have absolutely no reason why Bungie is continuing to try and considering they are so, so bad at it. Destiny has been their only revenue earner for 10 years now and every couple years it feels like they’re teetering on the brink just to barely pull back from the edge.

Well at least it’ll be an easy outfit for cosplayers to put together ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There’s a reason you see a lot of 3rd party Playstation controllers mimicking the Xbox controller layout and not many Xbox controllers mirroring the PS layout. Offset analog sticks is just more ergonomic. Hell the entire reason why the original Dual Shock has the analog sticks where they are was because it was easier

I mean the Dune Buggy is probably meant for desert of open terrain environments where rendering super detailed environments isn’t necessary. If you decided to take it for a spin in a city I’m sure it would look and play horrendously.

I can only hope so, then he can sink that as well.

I see they’re sticking with the hourglass design. I feel like they could have eliminated that awkward bulge on the disk version if they’d just made it closer to a rectangle.

From what I recall reading, Bungie basically said “You don’t have the internal studio management and infrastructure setup to run a live service game that will require constant upkeep and maintenance” which makes sense since Naughty Dog has traditionally been a single player focused game.

That’s a shame. I’ve seen nothing but good things about the Steamdeck, but I’m also not willing to buy into a very first gen product and would rather wait for a significantly refreshed model.

You can now find a Thermal Katana in the game.

Wasn’t one of the features of the redesigned consoles that it would have a USB-C port with power delivery?

Improved reparability and thumbsticks is a great change on the controller.

They always had swappable battery packs, you just had to purchase them separately.

If they cut some sort of deal with AMD then they might not be able to add in frame gen support.
