I don’t think I ever had any issues controlling the Mako in ME1, the only issue was that all the planets either had smooth terrain filled with thresher maws, or super rough bouncy terrain that tossed you around.

I believe both the PS4 & XB1 did eventually turn a profit on hardware sales after a few years. Even back in 2013 when they launched, both consoles utilized hardware that was already years old at the time.
