I think I’m in your boat.  Player customization/creation options are always fine and dandy, but I find the story of a game is always better when the character is pre-defined.

Cyberpunk dipped its toes into this to TRY and be sort of representational, but it was so clumsy that they really got lit up over it and it was clunky and painful. I don’t think they had ‘bad’ intentions at all, either, just the ‘time’ wasn’t there as well as the personnel.

I’m no expert on the matter, but I’m pretty sure that “cisgender” deals with one’s sexual identity matching up with their assigned gender at birth. Their sexual orientation in terms of who they’re attracted to (assuming they’re not a-sexual) is irrelevant to whether they’re cis or trans.

My favorite part is how it’s existence is literal proof of the fact that it’s a myth.    It’s construction time was vastly longer than the Ark’s supposed construction time and that’s not factoring in the massive increase in resources and technology that was used.  IT’s just fucking hilarious.

And if I were on Jeopardy! after winning one show, it certainly wouldn’t be problematic to hold up a finger, but if that finger is the middle one of either of my hands, then it IS a problem.

You raise an excellent point. What do we know about ship building prior to Jesus’s time? Paul sailed to Turkey and Greece but on what kind of ship? Flat bottomed? I always assumed the ark was a floating box, but I know nothing about ship building.
