I’ve always referred to it as the “Jesus snuff film”.

Red Horn Brewery in Cedar Park (an Austin suburb) made a Lucky Charms stout last year, but didn’t bother with a PR firm to publicize it. Did not have it myself, too over the top, but got good reviews:

Yep, Pierre Celis created Hoegaarden wit, brought the recipe (and yeast) to the US to create Celis White. The revived Celis (under his daughter and granddaughter) uses the same recipe and yeast.
I’ve heard that Allagash White is inspired by Hoegaarden, so Celis White would/should be quite similar to Allagash. I haven’t…

Was not aware that “Don’t Turn Around” was a Tina Turner b-side, my experience with it was as a reggae song by Aswad.

The audition process can’t all that selective, considering I got accepted back in the day. Still convinced it’s because I sang a show tune rather than a pop song.

I found (the hard way) that Tecnu, which is a poison ivy wash, works with hot peppers as well. I guess the same thing that gets the urishiol to bond to it and wash off with cold water also works with capsicum oils.
