When the legal system can't assure you of justice, as a person and not a governing entity, vigilante action makes perfect sense.

The SC also explicitly condemned the testimonies from other victims. Apparently, no avenue of action other than a confession from Cosby would have been permissible.

I disagree with your disagreement. But the topic in question is both broad and extensively covered, so knowing where the intersections of agreement and disagreement are would require a lot more talking.

A correction: you’re talking about transwomen, not transmen. As in, gendered as and usually biologically male who identify and adopt a female gender, and who might undergo hormone therapy.
