Though it pains me to say this, I think Dumb Trump Jr. was talking about Andrew Cuomo there, and not under the misconception that Cuomo is the Texan Governor. 

She’s normal looking. And any criticism of looks - even if it were warranted - from Trump is null and void upon utterance. 

On Hillary’s part, yes, but not so much on Bill’s though, is it? Isn’t that a reason he was kept away from his wife’s campaign during 2016?
