Yeah, watching it in Chronological order actually screws up the ARC Trooper arc putting several seasons between the episodes. Just watch it in the order it aired and understand that it skips around the timeline a lot.

That would be because KOTOR actually is a much better GAME than KOTOR2. 2 may have better story elements, but it's also a half-finished buggy piece of crap with no ending. KOTOR2 was reviled on release, and rightly so. The game is actually only truly playable using fan-made patches.
