That’s true, patriarchy hurts men too. I think the boys who are not Chosen or whatever are pretty marginalized if not exiled from the community.

I don’t know about that, but these extreme, regressive, patriarchal ideals are surprisingly close to the right-wing mainstream. You hear it in their contempt for public education, women’s rights, civic participation and institutions, the free press, and secular society at large.

It’s unthinkable. I can’t imagine what on earth she could have done, even. Maybe she’s a light bleeder and wads of TP were enough? But even then, it’s so uncomfortable and so terribly, terribly dehumanizing.

It’s a set-up to fail. Kudos on managing it! But oh this is so wrong.

As someone who had to go through this, I can attest to the difficulties.
