I know...but I truly hate to see anyone headed to the hell he has already just begun to experience. It is going to get much worse for him, and it makes me sad, just like I would be sad if he got cancer.

Meh. The Onion had been tired and repetitive for a while. It reminds me of The Simpsons.

You are idealizing the life of a man who was a hopeless alcoholic, and clearly frittered away a large amount of money on god knows what.  This is not integrity, it is tragedy.  This was a man who was suffering.

I think the truth behind Anthony Bourdain’s life, if ever revealed, will make us all very sad. I wonder what he blew all his money on?

Being you must be exhausting, the amount of effort expended to view everything through a single lens.  Just enjoy the movie. 

She did not have to tell him the details - just tell him there was a plan. Instead, she deliberately allowed him to believe they were doomed.
