i think a western, caucasian looking shell shouldn’t really be a surprise, given western-influenced beauty standards in japan. people get eyelid surgery; you think given the chance to customize every part of their body they wouldn’t make some changes?

if i recall, ridley scott moved away from the big flat screens on the logic that space truckers wouldn't have such nice technology in their space mack truck. he obviously couldn't have predicted just how cheap flat screens would get...

@iDerrick: for the original intercooler, yes. it included the risk of actually lighting your console on fire. which, to me at least, is the opposite of keeping it cool.
