I’m kind of surprised the auto hatch wasn’t standard.

they are refunding people

the 2.0t is a pretty tried and true engine with dirt cheap maintenance and good reliability. The Turbo 6 is largely an unknown. thats my biggest fear.

It has more 1.25 quarts oil, and it needs to be GF4 or above, more plugs, twice the air filters, and many more parts to break. Its physically massive making access to

It would stand to reason then though that just waiting until then to “offset” the rebate would mean they wouldn’t have to BACKPAY thousands of buyers thousands of dollars?

Does that mean it is like the Mazda 6? So frustrating the GT is available in Canada with a manual and not in the US!

If what you say is true, then you don’t LOWER the price.  I believe there are wait times, but you only lower the price to increase demand.

It does come fairly well optioned, but I don’t know why some of the other features aren’t available on the 2.0t.

I have a Hyundai Sonata. I love that car for commuting. I thought I might love the Stinger a bit more, so I went and test drove one and started noticing things that are on the sonata but not the stinger

that’s what i’m interpreting it as... which is scary for tesla

Why would they lower the price a car with a 3 year back order?

I can’t even wrap my head around what is going on here.

I can confirm the socket extenders fit in the stinger.

I didn’t know they were illegal.. I wonder why?

I’ll keep using them anyway because I think its safer for my kid to be able to use it than to not be able to use it. Flame away. I bought some really good ones and tore one apart to see how it was built because I

I want a fully loaded 2.0t, and you can’t get it which is sad.

If you want a comfortable DD, why must you settle for the gas guzzling, maintenance headache of the v6 turbo?

I want a bear bones featureless beast of a car that I can take to the track and thrash, or a commendable DD with good fuel economy. Settling sucks.

Facts are not jalopniky. Its 48 points, so there.

I wouldn’t say car makers hate boosters... I’m flabbergasted by the number of cars with BUILT IN BOOSTERS.

I use seat belt extenders in all our cars for booster seats.

There’s some lower quality ones and higher quality ones... I only use the best quality ones since seat belts are super important to me, but that solves the seat belt latch issue.

I have the same problem on many cars I’ve owned, and the seat belt extenders

I’ve got to agree with Vinny on this.

Plus, low prime buyers have a higher change of finance chargebacks.

unless your buying a Chrysler, because they have a low credit score rebate program of $750 or $1000, which means low credit score = less payment

Tempting.

I’ll drive the bus!

I don’t understand the infatuation with weight.

Give me a CTS-V over a miata. I can take 4 people, enjoy cooled seats and auto cruise and slam everyone back in their seat when I accelerate getting on an onramp.

Just saying.

I’d choose this:

Yay for sonata love! I bought this car and loved it and have been trying to convince others at how great it is... yeah and I race cars on the weekend!

I have the 2.0t though and I think its the best DD motor you could ask for- all the torque and pep you could ask for in communiting and over 30 MPG!

The weird thing about
