Seeing as national forests are used currently for logging, and are criss-crossed with both electrical lines and gas stations, I’d say yes, of course, installing charging stations in parking lots where people ALREADY DRIVE in gas-powered cars is green.

I agree with your post, but I’m not sure that the target audience for this would consider inconveniencing themselves in any way to reduce the harm they’re doing to the climate.

Too cool to come to America. Will probably an EV or hybrid with a i4. It looks cool, I want one. 

Grand Wagoneer can miss me - but THIS i am in on. Affordable people and thing hauler that get better than 20 MPG. I love hatches vans and small cars - the world needs more smart thinking instead of just bigger is better thinking. 

I’m sure I’ll get lots of push-back on this, but in a world where the Rivian R1S, and the Model X and Y exist, these things are going to depreciate catastrophically.

It makes me irrationally happy that you get to see the car that you loved owning for so long just by looking down the street.
