I am a newcomer to Band of Brothers (though I've finished the series and rewatched several episodes by now) and I can't believe it took so long for Damian Lewis to become a famous, celebrated actor. He is phenomenal as Dick Winters, who is himself a fascinating individual.

I think Finn would've been much more receptive to the idea that he needs more time off (which he definitely does) if his bosses hadn't immediately tried to scapegoat him. Now he's on the defensive and (rightfully) paranoid about his job, and he's not in a position where he can get the help he needs. I think it'll

I think you're reading too much into it, to be honest. I think it was just supposed to illustrate that the 'deep' conversations these girls have are really just dumb.

Last time I watched Hannibal on Hulu, it was brought to me by Spam. That seemed wrong on just so many levels.

It's a line from the movie Ten Things I Hate About You. The same two characters also have this discussion:

This week on Hannibal: Hannibal's protege takes the concept of a 'murder suit' a little too far.

That is a terrifyingly specific reason.

I'm pretty sure Will's parts don't match Margot's proclivities.

I just hope the massive head injury he's sustained doesn't impair his ability to make snide, witty remarks. Chilton without sass is no Chilton I want to know.

Can you ever just be whelmed?

Randall certainly exercised his right to bear arms.

The contrast between Margo and Hannibal's scene and Will and Peter's was great re: what it means to be human.

I loved the way she said "try, try again."

Oh Will, I think you got that wrong. Hannibal didn't send Randall to you to kill you. Hannibal sent Randall to you so YOU could kill HIM.

Don't listen to this! If we stop talking about women in order to avoid MRAs, then the MRAs win.

I've finished the series now, but when I started my dad asked if I had figured out who any of the interviewees were. He told me one of them was Winters and described him as "the white haired guy," which was exactly as helpful as it sounds.

I did the same thing!

I get that. I definitely do, and I have no idea how I would respond if I were in this situation. Perhaps I would be cheering alongside the rest of the town.

Yeah, it isn't as though the scene was filmed as some kind of victory. The American soldiers were pretty disturbed by it, certainly. Sure it may be smaller-scale inhumanity to man, but it's definitely still cruelty and humiliation for the sake of cruelty and humiliation.

Nice subtle detail: the NSA guys get pulled off the Florrick/Agos surveillance to monitor someone suspicious in Dearborn, Michigan, which was surely not picked accidentally as Dearborn has the highest Muslim population (per capita) of any city in the United States.
