The Malarkey laundry scene is actually based on a real interaction too, though it's framed more like she's asking him to take it to save others a trip. Or maybe she did know.

I've often said that I want to be Megan Ellison when I grow up. No one I go to movies with knows what I'm talking about, alas.
Holmes's quest for the truth reminded me of House's inability to accept Kutner's death for what it was: a suicide. I love Roger Rees, but I hope that storyline is done.
I just see him as the human embodiment of Tumblr. Well, him and the Girl You Wish You Hadn't Started A Conversation With At A Party from SNL.
I'm going to have to watch again. (What a sacrifice.)
I really liked the scene with the prosthetic. Plus, that's the arm she ends up shooting with, isn't it? Holy crap!
Especially after last and this week's performances. Chilton has been ON FIRE this season.
I think it's all of that. Plus May shooting (at) him earlier and his disillusionment with SHIELD and seeing agents shot right in front of him… I mean, they've all been through a lot in a very short amount of time, but Fitz has less experience dealing with all that than Coulson or May.
I loved how, after Fitz insisted they had to go to the Hub and save Simmons, Garrett basically went "Oh yeah, and that guy I'm supposed to care about is there too…guess we DO have to go to the Hub…" He would've dropped Triplett in a second if he had to and probably forgot all about him until he remembered he was…
Not to mention Captain America and his whole team later in the movie!
I look forward to seeing more of him IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN
Yeah, that's fair.
There were some problems with the movie (see: Jim Carrey) but damn if that film didn't *look* great. The costumes, the sets, the color scheme… just gorgeous.
Tonight's sex scenes didn't have that kind of influence, though. Sex is absolutely a part of the world and the power structure in this world, but tonight's de-robing of two girls (while noticeably barely de-robing the guy) didn't do nearly as much for character development as Arya's intense violence at the end.
I didn't connect as much with Adverbs. There were some stories I loved, but others that just didn't grab me. Though I liked it more than Watch Your Mouth.
Bloody, horrific violence moves the plot and characterization forward, or at least makes a point about the hopelessness of the situations these characters find themselves in.
And even if he heard the rumors, he doesn't have to believe them.
The show balks at nude men, not nude women. I demand equal-opportunity exploitation.
I think she cared about him for the sake of her brother and her (would be) crown.
I've read the first one, but haven't caught up since then. I enjoyed getting into Snicket's voice again, but it seemed rather … slight, especially compared to ASoUE. I'll probably finish the series anyway because it was a very quick read and I live across the street from a library.
