I think about 90% of the problem is it's BRIGHT RED. Get it in any other color with dark tint and cops would never bother your friend! :P

Well, I know what I'm doing this weekend!

I went on a 10 mile hike on a pretty crappy trail in hawaii in a pair of Vibram Five Fingers. Other than the bottoms of my feet getting crazy hot towards the very end, on a very dry sunny bit, they were super comfortable and worked great.
