In general, the USA has fairly good checks and balances, and at least so far tries to stay within what they're allowed to do. The problem is, they'll just legislate in what they want to do, if it's outside their bounds.

Right, I was refering to, car X is basically exactly what I want... maybe a different color, but has some extra features. However since it's on the lot I could get it for the same price as just ordering it, and have it today.

Yeah, I'm sure even in my 8 there's some lag.... but I still prefer it to an analog dial. Just glance down, get the number, done. Even if it's a 1/4 or 1/2 second behind, that's only a couple mph, so it's close enough.

I'm with you. I have a 64GB iPad 1. It's totally slow. Like, I can use it, but it's really annoying waiting 3-4 seconds loading up apps or switching between them.
