They're bitching because Toyota; the brand, has shown no interest in appealing to enthusiast drivers. It's concerning that for the first time they've made a decent car for "drivers" they put it under the Scion name badge. God forbid you get some exciting RWD fun in your beige appliance brand.

I mean, seriously.... The original Panamera styling is detestably ugly to alright. The sport turismo is just hands down gorgeous... they just need to make it the ONLY body style. I don't know why anyone would prefer the classic.

Haha fair enough. That all kind of makes sense. They probably de-tuned the GTI engine a bit, but since it's ligther it's slightly quicker, but with less bhp it's top speed would be less, also being lighter and detuned = better mileage.

I'm sure you know, but to be clear to everyone else... this new design is not THE new Panamera. It's a new Panamera body style. the original "911" rear end design will still be sold, and if I had to bet I'd say that we won't get the Sport Turismo in the US. :(

6.4 is fairly slow. FRS is like 6.0-6.2, and a RX8 if you drop the clutch at 6k+ rpm will do it just under 6, the first gen NC Miata is something like 6.5, and all of those cars are endlessly criticized for being underpowered.

The Halo car I think just takes it to the next level. Sure the B5 A4 helped save Audi, but not until after the R8 and sticking similar DRL's on all their other cars, as well as using it's styling cues, did they start overtaking BMW and MB as the "coolest" or "hippest" german luxry car.

Trance is hard to do right because it progresses slowly. While DnB or 'dubstep' (previous to a couple years ago I would've called it Hardstyle or Jumpstyle) is all good and fine, it doesn't have the same emotional depth trance does. I mean, I definitely still enjoy it, it's fast and fun.
