This. “I’m anit-abortion, all life is sacred... but if the cops take a shot at my brown son, yeah, I get that.”
Bingo. She can’t even humanize him. She sounds like she is describing a baby tiger cub she adopted that is cute and cuddly now but will grow up to maybe be big and possibly scary and the police are right to be on high alert and shoot him if he isn’t docile enough.
She’s bored now. He was fine when his dark skin was raking in compliments for how noble and selfless she was in raising him but all that’s petered out. If he’s murdered in cold blood she can play the grieving mother, but until then he’s not “earning” her devotion.
The best explanation I can come up with was from a terrific Op-Ed in yesterday’s Seattle times: the quote “How many people do you think will pick democracy over whiteness?”
Dear greys if you want a response please make a point. This is poor trolling by even 2020 standards.
We are truly a broken nation. Watching the non stop race baiting on display while seeing the Republican Party not even try to create a message that even plays lip service to addressing the very real pandemic still killing a 1100 plus on average per day last week, the months long social unrest or the financial…
20 years from now, this kid is going to be estranged from his adopted family and they’re going to be like, “We have no idea why he won’t speak to us! Such a heartbreaking mystery!”
I hope her next Mother’s Day present from him is a candy box full of cat turds and a bouquet of poison ivy wrapped around a dead skunk.
“And my other boys are probably gonna look like nerdy white guys.”
OMG! What a mom. It’s one thing to be “That Mom” who wholly believes her kids can never do anything wrong, and it’s an entirely different -almost unbelievably awful - mom who proposes that her dark-skinned (adopted) child should prepare to be bullied, harassed, and perhaps killed if he doesn’t assume the position of…

How do you kick someone “without malice”?
“All this body positivity shit? My sister loves it. She thinks it’s crap, but it’s what she aspires to. I’ve told her over and over again that it’s not for her,” What is wrong with you? Your sister clearly has issues, but look in the mirror with that statement.
Man, people really can’t win. Jameela Jamil has been saying mostly the right things for a long time, and backs it up by taking celebrities who hawk dangerous ideas and products to task. So she’s not the first to say these things, does that mean she shouldn’t say them? Or that she deserves this snotty recap of her…
My only take away from this is Mr. Pitt aged 100 years between 2009 and 2010.
Amy Adams should not be on this list and she should have won an Oscar for Enchanted!
Clint Eastwood! Starring as himself. Squinting during an emotional scene =/= acting.
Every time I read this I think of the Twilight Zone episode named
“It’s a Good Life” about a child with vast powers who terrorizes everyone in the house. Here’s the IMDB synopsis with items in parens to make it fit our current reality “In a small farming community in Ohio (Washington), a young boy (with small hands)…
On his best days he is an oafish clown, on his worst days he is the President of the United States
