He COULD if the Celtics agreed on the opt-out after 2 but why would they?  That would make them pay more if he outperformed his contract.  He (and his agent) would love this type of deal.  Typically top-tier stars get these kinda deals (LeBron, Durant, AD, ect...).  Tatum is ALMOST there.
