KD already shut down the possibility of Irving being traded, so it seems unlikely they’ll get Simmons unless Durant has a change of heart.

I read a while back (I really wish I could find the link) that there’s some conspiracy that the NBA worked with Thomas to expedite the demise of the CBA so the NBA could start the D-League and get it off the ground with limited competition.

It’s almost more of an indictment on the American judiciary system that taking down a (formerly) popular governor is easier than prosecuting a cop that killed a Black man.

I hope he still took his son to the hospital. “Dry drowning” is a real thing. A kid can die days after getting water in their lungs, even if everything seems ok shortly after the incident.

Aside from the moral issues of treating people like this, it’s also just bad coaching.
