Ha, I found out about that after I posted my original comment. I have no words for it all.

Alternate headline: Cult followers drink poison after listening to dear leader.

I mean forget treason, THEY FUCKING LOST!!! Why would you want to associate with people that lost a war?

Gotcha. I knew about his friends’ ties to Gilead, so I assumed this was something similar. Thanks

Thanks. I truly didn’t know how it originated.

Is there anything more American than spending money on military endeavors instead of...well, everything else?

Serious question: Why did Trump even start touting the drug to begin with? Does he have friends who (or does he?) stand to benefit from it?

I don’t know. I lucked out pretty hard in the privilege lottery. White. Male. Family paid for college. Etc.

As an added benefit, if he felt consistently uncomfortable and pressured during these briefings, he may stop holding them.

Yes, many don’t. I don’t have in-depth knowledge of the financials of mid-size hospitals, but from what I do know, I think it’s very likely that they’ll need continued gov aid.

I agree with 100% of what you said.

That’s true. I replied to other people with basically this same line of thinking...
