Hillary Clinton was liberal. Hillary Clinton is liberal.

So, you’re saying that Bernie is not being effective in pushing her to the left? What is the point, then? (btw, when they surveyed Clinton and Sanders primary voters, Clinton voters were farther to the left than his.)

Not with the Congress we have. It was the magic fairy dust school of policy making. And his track record of getting anyone to work with him in Congress was weak.

He really is not an especially effective Senator. He hasn’t been will to do the work. He’s been the novelty Senator.

No we understand. We just think he’s doing a bad job and it’s become about his ego.

He can do that and still concede. The fact that he avoids mentioning Clinton’s win at all just comes across as disrespectful and thin-skinned. Even Martin O’malley, whom I thought was a tool during the primary, has come around and is campaigning for Hillary. What makes Bernie a special snowflake?

Um, no?

This just furthers my “Hillary Clinton is Lisa Simpson, Bernie Sanders is Abe Simpson, and Donald Trump is Mr. Burns” theory.

The longer he keeps it up, the more he just looks like a tool who couldn’t handle losing.

Yeah, watching the GBP down ~12% vs the dollar/euro, the DJIA futures down ~600 points, and god knows what the fuck the London markets are going to do, and I’m not sure I want to be buying into Bernie’s “political revolution” anytime soon...

We interrupt this program to announce that Britain has, indeed, exited the EU.

let’s all treat him like a drunk, racist, blabbering grandfather and just pat him on the hand and say absentmindedly “that’s nice, grandpa” while looking at assisted living home brochures

You want a political revolution, Bernie? Go back to Congress and do some fucking work.

I am so tired. Can we just not?

He is aware that he lost right, by every conceivable measure? He does know that?

she doesn’t need his help - then or now. She actually HAS a well thought out plan for each and every thing currently a shit show.
Bernie points and yells. then yells and points. and wont go away.

Optimism is a weird way to describe what he’s done. If anything, I’d say anger was the uniting force behind his campaign. Anger at the system, and then subsequently anger at losing.

I liked that he acknowledged the sexism that plagues Clinton’s very existence.

Bernie....

So his entire campaign was just a long con just for a chance to speak at the Democratic convention? Well done Bernie.
