Maybe you should think about carrying Mace or pepper spray (if you don't already do so). Hopefully you will never need to use it.

Have you tried using yoga straps? You may want to check out BKS Iyengar’s books for more info on using “props” to help adjust your body in ways that help ease you into asanas that may be difficult or uncomfortable at first.

You are clearly a wonderful mom. You love your little bean so much that you worry that you're missing something or doing it wrong, but please try to give yourself some slack. You've got loads of time to read him ALL the books and to make adjustments to find the right bedtime. I'm glad you're taking the meds you need;

I used to have one (pre-hysterectomy). I loved it. There was a small adjustment period with bleeding & cramps, but it didn't last long for me. I chose the copper IUD because it didn't add to the hormonal mixture so to speak.

Wow, best of luck to you on your new life! I'm kinda jealous.

Count me in to the job insecurity Groupthink if it happens!

Jazzy❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am truly sorry that you had such terrible losses, especially one right after another.

I wonder what kind of need drives a person to insist that their nails are “naturally shiny” when it's obviously not true?

You were not being too harsh. You don't need a violent person with a capricious temper messing with your emotions. No-one does.

This is lovely! You also have on of my all-time favorite user names.

I’d be careful that you’re not on any meds/supplements that thin the blood. I didn’t know about this for my first couple of tattoos, which were about palm sized. I bled a lot. For my next, a large back piece, I realized that my meds probably contributed to the excessive bleeding situation. Anyway, here’s a reference: h

This sounds cool; thanks for recommending it.

You are awesome for getting this little guy to a place who can foster him! Do be careful though, because they can transmit distemper and other bacterial diseases. Some of the most important bacterial diseases which affect raccoons are leptospirosis, listeriosis, tetanus, and tularemia. Distemper is very, very

I’ve seen all those bands you mentioned! I remember getting high with Edward Ka-spel of the Legendary Pink Dots. I can’t remember if they opened up for the Swans or the other way around, but thank you for making me remember that! I’ve seen NIN twice: once when they opened for Peter Murphy (@ Tipitina’s, a very small

I’m jealous. My husband likes all the jam band crap and is a few years younger than me & has no knowledge of “my” music. He even thinks Nick Cave is weird. The last time I went to a show I flew to San Francisco to see Throbbing Gristle (2009 I think - not long before Sleazy died). I really miss live shows but I am a

I watched the video again and it makes me sad to think that I'm so old now. I haven't seen a really good live show for a long time. At least there's YouTube... I'm tempted to spend the rest of the night looking for Bauhaus videos.

I had forgotten how pretty Julian Cope was!

The “harvested from a donor” part made me throw up in my mouth a little.

Sweet card!
