Most importantly, there was no acknowledgement that voters don’t want socialism.

From the WaPo:

Hmmm ... wether it actually helped save her life would depend on wether her life was really ever in danger: Just because you have symptoms don’t mean you’re dying, after all (actually, it’s more likely you’re not). And one of the things in this case is that we don’t know if those symptoms would have otherwise

I haven’t watched the episode again, but I don’t remember Dolores actually telling William that he’s a host — what I think she did do was mindfuck him by making him question wether he was one or not. (And answering that question outright would have ruined the mindfuck =D)

Well, if your proposal is that there are no honest politicians anyways, yes, I’d like them to at least act like adults while being dishonest, since that’s apparently a good as we’re going to get.

Pfft. I haven’t put on clothes for 11 days.

The package would boost unemployment insurance benefits “expanding eligibility and offering workers an additional $600 a week for four months, on top of what state unemployment programs pay,” the Washington Post reports.

incentive to at least act like actual trustworthy adults.

2) they waive all rights to go to the hospital and use up vital resources if they actually get seriously symptomatic ...
