Everyone? I’d be surprised if even 10% of Nintendo’s user base knew that. The average gamer doesn’t even know the difference between a developer and publisher.

“Nobody comes to work in video game development trying to make anyone angry,”

Chocolate chip is my favorite flavor! But it’s true that it’s gotten harder to find. It has to be made with really good ingredients because it’s so simple.

I dunno Zack, kinda feels like you’ve lost track of what joy is in general. Like, this is the kind of overreaction Kotaku used to mock back in its heyday.

I also consider myself to be a Borderlands fan. These photos look about like what I was expecting. It’s not clear from the article why they disappointed you. The vibe of the solo shot is “Lilith has an attitude,” which we all knew. And the vibe of the group shot is, “There’s something in that hole.” They’re not the

“I was wrong all of this time, Xbox doesn’t care about us, Microsoft doesn’t care about us. We’ve been fighting this war for nothing.”

kinda rules this website is so bad that it inspires its fans to defend the apple corporation.

I don’t understand why people still trust AVClub headlines which are at best are overly sarcastic overreactions to news and at worst incorrect and misleading (as this one is). Even the write-up that this hack regurgitated says that the show didn’t move forward because Apple didn’t like the main character.

In my experience, there’s an alarming lack of financial literacy and basic understanding of macroeconomics here in the States. FWIW unlike other giant corporations, Apple actually IS sitting on a mountain of cash that they can technically spend on anything (or at least they were when we studied them in school ~7 years

I don’t understand why so many people seem to think “high market valuation = flush with cash they can spend on anything” but okay sure let’s go with it.

Dude, don’t be salty about studios licensing their films to other streamers.

Meanwhile The Criterion Channel has been absolutely kicking everyone’s ass up, down, and sideways with their truly inventive topical curation of late. Cat films, motherfuckers, I’m a talking a whole section of big-mood cat films. It’s great.

Jesus Christ, how miserable must Barsanti be to approach all his articles in such a butthurt way?!?!

*alone on my island*

Go buy some more NFTs my guy.

I am 61 years old, and all I can say is this: This 13-year old made world-wide news with his accomplishment. It took this kid’s accomplishment to make you “famous” on a gaming site for five minutes with your inane and ignorant comment.

Let’s put our pitchforks and torches away for a moment’? What kind of a gaming site is this?

Regarding the Labor of Love thing, I wouldn’t be surprised if most people didn’t read the criterion for it. Without that context, it just sounds like a game that had a ton of passion and care poured into it. Red Dead Redemption 2 still sells extremely well, especially during sales like these, so there was probably a

The best part is always when they say “The network will never put that one on the air.” Except you just heard the joke, so clearly they did.

I think I speak for all owners of a functional pair of eyes when I say I wish you guys would stop showing us Bobby Kotick’s horrible face. It is without exaggeration an affront to all that is natural and good. He’s a shit person too, but crap is he an ugly basterd.
