Speaking as a current Xfinity subscriber, I can’t wait to get a “Don’t worry, you’re still getting Peacock for free” email from them, only to have my cable bill get $20 more expensive a month later.

All of those slides for just two lego sets?

It’s hard to say, but this is a good news. Congress and Presidents are controlled by their corporate lobbyists, so a part of me is inclined to believe there are some cut corners or just won’t be applied regardless of the FTC stance and ruling.

So if I get my truck wet it takes a 5 hour reboot that gives no user indication that it's in progress?

Don’t get it wet, don’t expose it to sunlight.

Must stink to own a 100k penis substitute, when you can’t even wash it.

Kathy Bates would bring a gravitas that I’m not sure Ol’Musky actually has that would really lean into the l’enfant terible of worst boss ever, and Matt Ross has already sort of played that role in silicon valley, but imagine Pete Holmes carrying a sink into Twitter and telling the building maintenance to put a giant

The casting determines the tone for the biopic.

Things Kevin Durand and Elon Musk have in common:

Just because it all dropped at once, doesn’t mean you HAVE to binge it, it just means the folks that want to can. If you don’t want to, don’t. People just want to watch how they want, the vast majority could give less than a single shit if there’s a cultural conversation about it and whether that conversation is hurt

Looks like someone got to you before I could state my hope that Elon get eaten by bears, but at least you get it now.

Oh, dude, you NEED to read “A Libertarian Walks Into A Bear.”

Although we had an excellent example of that already with the town (Grafton, NH) that they took over and eventually had to surrender to bears.

His supporters still manage to have the cognitive dissonance to accept that he is a free speech absolutist who allows free speech on his free speech site, but also that any time he does censorship “it’s his website! He bought it! He can do what he wants!”

So glad elon fixed the site! What a great use of time and money!

The bastion of free speech, where the owner selectively censors whatever he wants (like the term “cis”) and literally alters tweets he does not like the speech of.

People have been putting their junk into popcorn buckets for decades now, just usually from the bottom.

The problem with those Nebraska and Kansas cities is, the tornados keep moving your house to other cities.

Amazing how many of these places are in Texas, where you’re going to get drafted into the Texan Militia when the Water Wars start in about five years.

I mean, none of these cities appeal to me. I’m currently looking at northern coastal oregon. Not the cheapest place in the world but lower population and it’s got a nice mix of mountains and ocean which is what I grew up around.
